The new, innovative 2K parquet finish »OLI-AQUA AUTHENTIC«, based on bio-acrylate, impresses with a non-enhancing appearance and feel. The floor is protected »invisibly« and barely differs from raw wood. The surface stands out for its mechanical robustness and is exceptionally matte, with a gloss level of less than 5%. The natural character of the wood is preserved; the finished floor looks almost untreated.
The raw wood effect lacquer can be used in both private residential areas and commercial and public spaces. Its lacquer hardness, as well as its chemical and mechanical resistance, are above average in the professional raw wood or natural wood effect lacquer segment.
»OLI-AQUA AUTHENTIC« is primarily aimed at customers who want a film-forming finish and value an authentic appearance. Particularly suitable for oak and light-colored woods.
Thanks to the considerable advances in the field of water-based bio-acrylate dispersions, it was possible to optimally integrate the matting agent into the molecular structure of the lacquer binder. The matting agent scatters the light, further intensifying the dull-matte effect. The water-based two-component parquet finish reveals no visible or tactile signs of a coating. It is also highly resistant to yellowing and significantly more scratch-resistant than many comparable parquet finishes.
The “Oli-Aqua AUHTENTIC” has a VOC content of less than 3%, making it very environmentally friendly and healthy for indoor living. The water-based parquet sealant meets the GISCODE W2/DD+ classification, complies with the EU DecoPaint Directive, and is a construction product approved by the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt).
The product complies with the latest state of coating technology and environmental legislation, meets DIN EN 71-3 (safety of toys), and is resistant to saliva and perspiration in accordance with DIN 53160.
Application instructions:
Optimal processing conditions are at +20°C and 50% relative humidity. Do not apply at a floor temperature below +15°C. Apply the material at room temperature and shake well before use!
Shortly before use, OLI-AQUA AUTHENTIC is thoroughly mixed with OLI-AQUA Hardener 13.2 at a mixing ratio of 20:1. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before further processing. An increase in viscosity does not affect workability!
The pot life is 3 hours. Do not pour excess material back. Do not pour the material onto the floor; apply it from the bucket.
Consultation with the application technology department is always required when applying to exotic wood species.
intermediate sanding is essential if intermediate drying exceeds 12 hours.
During application, a milky haze forms in the wet phase and disappears after complete drying.
Roll the material only; do not apply it with a trowel!

Dust or loose dirt can simply be removed with a broom, vacuum cleaner, or dry mop.
Adhering dirt can be removed quickly with the parquet floor cleaning product »OLI-AQUA CARE 15.94 | Parquet Floor Cleaning Product«. Simply add a little cleaning product to the water, wipe the floor until just damp, and allow it to dry - done.
For initial care and occasional refreshing of the floor, »OLI-AQUA POLISH 15.95 I Basic Parquet Floor Care« in »Matt« is recommended. Apply it undiluted with a floor wiper or wide mop in an even, thin film to the thoroughly cleaned floor.
