It is better to possess prose!
Please take a seat - on Prosa, that is! The furniture workshop »morizzholz« creates one-of-a-kind furniture with artistic and sustainability in mind. The casual wooden bench »Prosa« is the centerpiece of its latest collection. It is made from local oak and treated with natural »OLI-NATURA HS Professional Oil«.
With great passion, Mario Scholz creates one-of-a-kind wooden furniture in his small workshop »morizzholz« . His designs combine modern forms with traditional craftsmanship. The latest product is a wooden bench called »Prosa«, which attracted a great deal of attention at the 2018 Chemnitz Design Festival. This minimalist yet casual seating made of oiled oak offers individual design options. The backrests of this reimagined chaise longue concept can be moved and completely removed, depending on the seating position preferred at the time. The »Prosa« model is available as a bench and as a chair with one or two armrests. It is made from “one piece” lengthwise, so the wood grain continues from the seat into the armrests. The surface is either sanded or brushed and treated with natural »OLI-NATURA HS Professional Oil« .
Prosa is simply something you want to “own”. Following traditional craftsmanship, the furniture is made exclusively from solid oak sourced from local forests and sustainable forestry. Every bench is a unique one-of-a-kind piece - the wood grain is a composition created by nature. The vitality of this natural material is beautifully highlighted by the »OLI-NATURA HS Professional Oil« . This naturally protects the wood while making it particularly easy to care for and repair. The »Prosa« seating furniture is a reinterpretation of the chaise longue that allows no curves. Our grandparents would probably imagine something different when they hear the term chaise longue, but after trying it out, they would no more want to be without »Prosa« than we would.
